INDICATIONS
To use Ben Wa Balls, lie down in bed or on a chair and insert one ball into your vagina. Try squeezing your PC muscles to hold the ball inside for several minutes. Try squeezing in different ways, using quick, fluttering movements, and trying to hold for long periods of time. Do these Kegel exercises for several minutes over a few weeks. Once you can do them comfortably lying down, try doing the same exercises while standing. Once you've mastered this, do the same progression (lying down, then standing) with two Ben Wa Balls.
