INDICATIONS

To begin the heating process, place the metal disc inside the massager once. The massager quickly heats up to 129°F/54°C. Apply a massage oil or lotion and run the warm massager over your body. Once the massager cools down, it will harden. To reuse, place the massager in boiling water for 7-10 minutes until the crystals have returned to a liquid state. After that, you can use it again.
