Dilute four drops of Kick Start in 4 ounces of your favorite beverage for a boost, or add to your favorite diffuser for relaxing aromatherapy.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Essential oil blend with ginger, peppermint, and cinnamon essential extracts. • Dilute four drops of the blend in 4 ounces of water. • Kick Start can be used up to two times per day. We recommend starting with one application per day and increasing to twice per day depending on the needs of each body. • Preferably use glass containers to drink the Kick Start blend, as it is the material that best preserves and protects dishes from the ingredients. Do not use in plastic containers. • This blend does not contain a carrier oil. It can also be spread or applied to the palm of the hand and used for aromatherapy. • Mix in a few drops of Fractionated Coconut Oil for massage or specific aromatherapy.

INDICATIONS

Dilute four drops of this revitalizing blend in 4 fl oz of liquid. Kick Start can also be used in a diffuser or applied to the palm of your hand for aromatherapy use.
