Characteristics

Directions
Slide the thicker bars onto the thin center bar and align the holes. Separate the looped screws from the caps. Thread the screws through the holes and secure with caps. Attach wrist and/or ankle cuffs to the bar as desired.
Tip(s): Avoid over-tightening the cuffs around the wrists. Discontinue use immediately if unwanted discomfort or pain occurs. Should not be used for extended periods of time. Always use responsibly.
Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth if needed. Air dry only. Not machine washable.
